Practice Solutions Manager

The Practice Solution Manager (PSM) in the Vision Care division plays a crucial role in driving the growth of Alcon's market share and CL penetration within the assigned top potential accounts through implementation of the value adding services driving customer engagement including digital solutions, category growth events and sell-out activities. He/She delivers  trainings, coordinates educational events  events in collaboration with Professional Education team to enhance the skills of the ECPs.

The PSM is an experienced professional offering high-level commercial consultancy, providing  technical advice from internal/external experts and digital platform implementation expertise.

In this role, a typical day will include:

• PSM will work in tandem with Senior BDM by partnering consultatively with Account Lead/Decision Maker, ECPs  and other Store Team members as needed to achieve mutually aligned goals aiming to deliver outstanding customer experience, drive patient engagement and improve retention for the practice, enabling increased Alcon market share , incremental sales and achieve sales targets

• Promote the introduction of Alcon's digital platform and encourage new prescriptions/subscriptions, accelerating customer acquisition and consumer enrollment to subscription services.

• Assist ECPs to improve the consumer journey experience within the practice (CL awareness, practice efficiency opportunities (e.g. around fitting), post fitting support, subscriptions programs through digital platform) to accelerate CL sales growth and market share gain.

• Responsible for planning fitting events to effectively support patient journey and enhance consumer experience with strategic Alcon brands.

• Maximize Alcon in-store visibility through POS materials and other visual merchandising initiatives.

• Coordinates the educational curricula in collaboration with Professional Education team.

• Collaborate locally with Senior Business Development Managers, Professional Education and Marketing to create and implement outstanding practice support model.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON:

•Business administration, with extensive optical training/experience on the job

•Opticians/optometrists with commercial experience

• 3+ years of extensive optical retail experience from market leading companies

Track record in customer engagement and business development

• Local Language; fluent English preferred
