Healogics is the largest provider of advanced wound care services in the United States, treating more than 300,000 chronic wound patients annually across over 600 sites. With an aging society, obesity and diabetes on the rise, and an uptick in surgical procedures, the number of patients with non-healing wounds that would benefit from expert care is dramatically increasing. As a result, the company is working to provide our differentiated, quality outcomes to as many patients that would benefit through our out-patient clinic partnerships.The Practice Operations Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and effective administration of support services to the VP, Practice Operation Leadership team. The Practice Operations Coordinator will handle various tasks, including travel, calendar management, meeting planning, document preparation, as well as written and verbal communication between the Vice Presidents, Practice Operations, and various internal and external parties.
All Healogics employees must perform their job responsibilities according to all Healogics policies, Hospital policies, as well as to accrediting organizations, federal and state regulation, and to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidelines, as applicable.Supports the Vice-Presidents of Practice Operations in administration and operational tasks such as scheduling Teams meetings, coordinating follow up action items and calendaring.Manages the provider contracting process from completing the contract request forms to full execution utilizing DocuSign.Tracking post hire 30, 60 , and 90 day touch points with new providers.Managing collaborative practice renewal agreements annually.Support annual compliance training completion and follow up with providers.Support the development and maintenance of regional and national traveler provider coverage calendars.Organize Sharepoint and Teams’ files.Develops and implements processes to improve the efficiency and or effectiveness of various processes, including new systems, process changes, and process developments.Other duties may be assigned..Maintains a welcoming and courteous demeanor at all times, must be adept at remaining calm and projecting a professional demeanor, including during difficult or stressful situations.Demonstrates professionalism in their work, representing Healogics, their Executives, and themselves with excellent work quality and accuracy.
