About the role
Leadership: The Manager for this role is John Rampono. John is based in Perth and is the National Practice Director for our Data and AI Practice.
As Data and AI Practice Lead, you will help shape the practice strategy and execute a business plan aligned with company goals. Your success will depend on effectively implementing the plan regionally and ensuring high satisfaction among teammates and clients. As part of the leadership team, you must uphold our values of hunger, heart and harmony, and lead by example, delegating and sharing responsibilities within your team. Along the way, you will be involved in:
Overseeing practice utilisation and P&L. Sales engagement including vendor relationship management, pre-sales, input into strategy and execution Delivery Management and Technical Delivery as required. What we’re looking for
Extensive experience in leading a Data and AI practice within an IT professional services organisation Solid technical background with Azure Data Platform Proven track record of managing complex projects for enterprise clients Business development and pre-sales experience Experience managing P&L & utilisation.
