Practice Finance Business Support Manager
Description Job Summary: The Practice Finance Business Support Manager plays a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and strategic growth across the Practice Finance division. This role serves as a key partner to the sales leadership team, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives, high-impact event coordination, and continuous identification of revenue-generating opportunities. Key Responsibilities: + Sales Leadership SupportProvide direct support to the Practice Finance sales leadership team by coordinating strategic initiatives, preparing performance updates, and streamlining communication across regions. + Presentation ManagementOwn the development, updating, and distribution of internal and external presentations, ensuring messaging is aligned with business goals and tailored to diverse audiences. + Event & Tradeshow LeadershipLead planning and execution of Practice Finance events and tradeshows, including logistics, vendor coordination, and post-event analysis. Ensure brand consistency and maximize engagement. + Sponsorship DevelopmentIdentify and secure sponsorship opportunities that align with Practice Finance objectives. Build relationships with external partners to enhance visibility and support business development. + Revenue Growth EnablementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover new revenue streams, analyze market trends, and support initiatives that drive financial performance. Basic Qualifications: + High School Diploma, GED, or similar education + Minimum of 3 years' project management and/or event coordination experience Qualifications: + Proven experience in business support, event management, or sales operations. + Strong communication and project management skills. + Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority. + Experience in financial services or healthcare lending + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and presentation tools. + Business development or partnership development to obtain sponsorship opportunities. Compensation Range: $70,000.00 -$140,000.00 Annual Salary The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position.
