The ideal candidate has a proven track record of executing media relations strategies for security products within global organizations. This person is able to demonstrate a history of earning the trust of internal and external stakeholders, direct ownership of the programs they’ve run, and a proven track record for generating high-impact security press coverage. Key job responsibilities As an AWS Security PR Manager, you will partner closely with product teams and executives to create story opportunities with our customers. You will provide strategic counsel to senior business leaders on a daily basis and dive deep into the latest AWS security technologies to understand their potential for helping customers innovate faster, then execute creative programs that educate and inspire customers. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $188,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
