We are looking for a Procurement-focused Business Process Owner (PPSO Consultant) to support the deployment of a global procurement core model in Hungary. The consultant will represent the procurement function, ensuring business requirements are defined, solutions are validated, and change management is delivered successfully.
Responsibilities:
Act as the procurement business representative in the project.
Lead workshops and define/validate business processes.
Coordinate with SMEs and local stakeholders to complete business deliverables.
Support deployment of the BOLD procurement core model (Source-to-Contract & Purchase-to-Pay).
Align Hungary's deployment with global procurement standards and tools (SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, VIM, SAC).
Coordinate procurement-related data migration, vendor and material master cleansing, and system decommissioning.
Drive change management, training, and UAT activities.
Ensure close alignment with the Poland-based BPO and global team.
Requirements:
Background in procurement transformation projects.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Ariba deployments.
Strong change management, training, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in English and Hungarian (Polish is a plus).
Good coordination and project management capabilities.
Duration: 6-12 months (starting September 2025, possible extension)
Location: Hungary (on-site near plant/asset location; remote flexibility; some travel required).
