Your job, as PPM & Projects Senior Analyst within EM&S Medley Latam team will be to support in the management of our Medley portfolio, including new launches and maintenance of current portfolio aiming to deliver business continuity.

EM&S is a consolidated organization managing outsourced Sanofi products, which​ operates in each region through virtual sites ensuring optimal proximity with CMOs.​ Engaged in a network optimization and building a strong relationship with our partners.

We extend Industrial Sanofi Limits, in both, installed capacity and technologies guaranteeing successful and sustainable results in terms of Quality & Regulatory compliance, Customer Service and Cost, through strong tactical principles and following internal compliance guidance.

Main responsibilities:

Support in the management of EM&S Latam Medley Portfolio, interacting with key M&S and ComOps stakeholdersImplement and follow-up on SKU strategies: pruning, COGs improvement, divestments, tech transfers, LCM activitiesContribute to business continuity strategies for main portfolio SKUsCollaborate with BD team on ongoing and new projectsManage project SharePoint sitesConduct Request for Quotation processes with ProcurementKeep project schedules and milestonesMonitor contract compliance: supply deliveries, quality and pricingSupport continuous improvement programs with CMOsAdhere to Sanofi's Ethics and Integrity principles, policies, and codes of conductPromote and comply with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policiesSupport Sanofi's Diversity & Inclusion initiatives

About you

Education: Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (preferred), engineering or related fields.Experience: Proven experience in activities of portfolio management; Experience in industrial activities within the pharmaceutical industry, including quality & regulatory subjects; Knowledge in contract negotiations and monitoring of compliance (preferred)Soft skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; Strong relationship-building and influencing abilities; Strategic thinking and analytical capabilitiesLanguages: Fluency in Portuguese and English
