Your role at Clorox:

Clorox is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join the Clorox Professional (“CloroxPro”) Sales Planning team. In this role, the analyst gathers, analyzes and reports sales data, makes forecast projections, and manages budgets in support of our Healthcare and Cleaning businesses. Expect to partner with teammates within and across functions including: Field Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Demand Planning, to drive business priorities.

In this role, you will:

Support the Clorox Professional Sales Planning team by gathering, analyzing and reporting sales dataSupport the development and release of Sales content and resources, including business plansDeliver data-driven insights to enable business planning with customer teams and customersPartner with customer teams to optimize and analyze short, medium, and long-term plansProvide analytical analysis as part of volume forecasting processSupport trade spend efficiency via budgeting, tracking, and analyzing trade programs and their resultsSupport ad hoc reporting needs for business unit and customer whitespace opportunities

What we look for:

2+ years of industry experience in CPG within sales/customer developmentHighly proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS suiteAdvanced technical and analytical skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to forecast sales and manage trade investment & ROIExperience with syndicated data and/or customer data systemsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAdept in planning and organizationPrior experience in B2B and/or the healthcare industry a plus

Workplace type:

This role must have the ability to go into the Pleasanton, CA office 3x per week. Internal candidates not located within this location - currently not being considered.

Your starting pay will depend on job-related factors, including relevant skills, knowledge, experience and location. The applicable salary range for every role in the U.S. is based on your work location and is aligned to one of three zones according to the cost of labor in your area.

–Zone A: $88,700 - $165,900–Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100–Zone C: $73,900 - $138,300

This job is also eligible for participation in Clorox’s incentive plans, subject to the terms of the applicable plan documents and policies.
