Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and PWCs to factory specsComplete flat-rate work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delaysCollaborate with service writers to ensure smooth communication and accurate work ordersKeep your bay and shop clean, organized, and professionalStay current with OEM training and certifications — we invest in keeping you sharpDeliver every unit in better shape than it arrivedHelp maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring jobs are done right the first timeQualificationsMinimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in Powersports, marine, or aviation — must include diagnostics, engine teardown, and rebuild workStrong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues without relying solely on scan toolsComfortable working in a flat-rate environment with consistent productivityFamiliarity with OEM certifications and service procedures (Polaris, Honda, Yamaha, etc.) preferredMust own or acquire a complete set of tools within 60 days of hireValid motorcycle license required for test rides, good driving record, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings (background check, drug test, MVR)Must be authorized to work in the USAPreferred Qualifications:
Current or former Master Technician certification with any major OEM (e.g., Honda Red, Polaris, Yamaha, etc.)Prior experience working in a high-volume dealership or powersports service centerOEM factory training completed across multiple platforms (motorcycle, ATV, UTV, PWC)Additional InformationCompensation: Flat Rate (Paid per Flagged Hour)
