What You’ll Do:Provide professional support via phone and email to resolve technical issues.Troubleshoot mechanical problems and log all activity in SAP.Process warranty claims and service requests accurately and efficiently.Set up and manage preferred service centers across your territory.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service resolutions.Assist sales and technical teams with field-related support and feedback.Follow up with customers to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction.
Work Experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office
General customer service background
Ability to work independently and in a team
Respond to calls/emails within 4 hours
Manage service calls and follow-ups within set timelines
Add 10 new service centers each quarter
Bonus: Knowledge of powersports, ATVs, or UTVs
