GovCIO is currently hiring for a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer to support the 67th Cyberspace Wing (67 CW). The objective is to leverage the DAF MS365 Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint Online) to design, develop, implement, and maintain innovative digital solutions. These solutions will streamline critical business processes, enhance operational efficiency, improve data-driven decision-making, and support the Wing’s mission effectiveness through modern digital transformation Initiatives. This will be a fully on-site position with some flexibility on a case-by-case basis at 67 CW facilities located at Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, TX.
Required Skills:
Clearance Required: TS SCIHigh School with 9+ years of experience (or commensurate experience) Relevant Microsoft Certifications (e.g., Power Platform developer Associate, Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate) are highly desirable.Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in developing, implementing, and managing solutions with Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dataverse (CDS).Proficiency with SharePoint Online for integration and data storage.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and security concepts.Understanding of relational databases and data modeling principles.Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).Basic understanding of front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences and articulate business value.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team environment.Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process.
