We’re looking for a Power Platform Developer based in Glasgow to help drive innovation, adoption, and governance across our Power Platform ecosystem.

What you’ll do:

Build and maintain Power Platform solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot StudioSupport service improvement and innovation aligned with the Power Platform roadmapEnsure platform security and optimisation, with a focus on Power Platform Secure Score and its recommendationsProvide hands-on support to users building their first apps or flows, guiding best practices and troubleshootingParticipate in Centre of Excellence initiatives to promote adoption, governance, and best practicesDeliver enablement sessions, workshops, and upskilling opportunities for engineers and citizen developersCreate and maintain technical documentation for managed and unmanaged solutionsGather requirements and build workflows and solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

Experience building applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power AutomateUnderstanding of agent building and AI capabilities, with a forward-thinking mindset on AI adoptionEnthusiastic and keen to learn and grow within the Power Platform spaceStrong documentation skills and ability to communicate technical concepts clearlyCollaborative mindset with a passion for supporting and enabling othersCompetent in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
