We are seeking a proficient and technically adept Automation Developer to join our high-performance team. The role involves end-to-end design, development, and deployment of automation frameworks and solutions to optimize enterprise-level business processes and drive operational excellence. The candidate will collaborate with cross-disciplinary stakeholders to perform process assessments, identify automation candidates, and implement intelligent automation workflows leveraging AI capabilities. Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) and automation tooling is essential. A strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous technological improvement are critical for success in this role.   In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Actively participates in a variety of activities of the daily operation, by providing Tier 2 support with assistance as required Participates in the execution of medium complex internal tasks and duties based on SharePoint. Participates and observes interactions and troubleshooting with team members. Collect requirements with business users. Power Apps applications development  Power Automate flows development Basic Power BI reports development Work with RPA tools (Power Automate Desktop)

  For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience level in related field. +2 years’ experience in: Microsoft SharePoint Online Microsoft Power Platform RPA Tools (Robocorp, Power Automate Desktop) is a plus Intermediate English skills  Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: Knowledge of: Power Apps Power Automate Power BI Robocorp Power Automate Desktop Python Experience using MS Office, SharePoint and Teams
