Power Platform

DevOps engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, AI Builder, CoPilot studio. DevOps Engineers ensure that the products and platforms are usable by target users as per agreed service levels, in collaboration with other teams and stakeholders. They combine DevOps principles and practices with service management processes and proactively contribute to realizing the operations performance targets and enabling uninterrupted business operations.

Your deep knowledge and hands-on experience with low-code concepts and patterns will enable you to create scalable, robust, and efficient solutions that align with our business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement custom solutions using Powe[MT1] r platform and the tools it contains ( eg.Power App, Power Automate, CoPilot studio, Dataverse, AI Builder etc)Automate workflows and business processesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutionsStay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and trends[MT2]  such as leveraging the AI opportunitiesAutomate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate..Integrate Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft services and third-party applications.Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure.Provide technical support and training to users.Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraintsAssisting in collecting and identifying functional requirementsRaising the causes of bugs or potential issues of the product and fixing technical issuesBeing adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionalityAddressing and remediating security vulnerabilityHelp guide teams to effectively use the Microsoft Power PlatformUnderstand business difficulties to provide solutions by applying problem-solving and decision-making skillsKeep abreast of new technologies and be aware of industry standards, best practices, and trendsUse various connectors to connect disparate systems to Power Platform applications.Integrate external APIs with Power Platform through API management and custom connectors to ensure secure, scalable and maintainable solutions.Identify areas and processes where Power Platform and Microsoft 365 can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvementAssists in the evaluation, development, and implementation of company systems, including custom developed, off-the-shelf, and/or hosted solutions.Contribute across all phases of the software development life cycleAzure Integration – Leverage Azure services and serverless solutions to extend power platform capabilitiesAdept at crafting Power Apps and Power Platform solutions with the ability to impart your knowledge to both pro-developers and citizen developers.

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educationMin 3 years’ experience in enterprise automation, low-code/no-code platforms, as developerHave strong development experience on Power Platforms (Power Apps, Power Automate) [MT3]Experience with Dataverse, data connectors, and APIs.Knowledge of additional programming languages like Python, C# and knowledge over .NET framework is an advantageCertification on Power Platform and Microsoft Cloud technologies will be an advantageExperience with Azure services such as ACS, serverless computing and integration patterns are added advantageExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Solid experience on backlog management, like  [MT4] JIRA, capable to translate between business and technical viewpoints.Strong familiarity and experience with agile, DevOps ways of working and Value- driven prioritization and execution practicesExcellent team player, able to take/give feedback directly and improve ways of working & collaboration towards positive directionDeeply interested in automation solution technology, have interested in understanding how technology can help KONE business in productivity gain and efficiency improvementExcellent verbal and written communication in English, able to present content with clarity conciselyUsing Power Platform and the tools it containsCertifications on Power Platform and  Microsoft Cloud technologies will been seen as advantage.
