Job DescriptionFollow and implement the corporate Technology Readiness Level (TRL) process throughout the development cycle
Ensure requirement alignment and documentation for all assigned projects
Provide ongoing support to the Project Lead across all project phases
Collaborate with internal teams including:
Production Team
Program Management Organization (PMO)
Advanced Purchasing Team
Cost Engineering Team
Engage with external power electronics suppliers and testing laboratories to ensure compliance with technical specifications
Incorporate industry best practices into design features and development processes
Participate in and document:
Design Reviews
Prototype Builds
Validation Activities
Support presentation development and assist in prototype/parts collection for various program stages
QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical or System EngineeringMinimum of 5 years' experience in electrification, electronics and circuit design and/or developmentMinimum of 3 years in power inverter, power module design and / or development and testingDemonstrable understanding of power electronics and devicesDVP&R and DFMEA creation & execution experienceGood analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of Electrical Engineering standards/protocols, and of power electronics devicesHighly motivated, hands-on and a self-starterDemonstrated ability to work in a team environmentEffective communicator
Preferred Qualifications:
