Power Electronics, Senior Design Engineer
In this role the successful candidate will contribute to the core R&D design and development of
power converters, conducting trade-off studies among various power conversion architectures,
leading product prototyping and test, and assist with product industrialization.
We are looking for a positive, confident, self-motivated, passionate individual with a strong desire
to work in an exciting, fast-paced, team based collaborative design environment to help us
develop next generation technologies to empower and connect our products to each other, and
to our customers.
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree (in Electronics) with (6-10) years of industry experience
or master’s degree (in power electronics) with 5+ years’ experience.
Scope and Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the end-end development of various isolated & non-isolated power
converters.
• Perform the simulation of power converters to speed up design cycles.
• Take ownership in complete power converter design lifecycle.
• Be on the forefront of new power semiconductor technology & control.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Strong experience in development of complex power converters (Isolated & Non\u0002Isolated), preferably in industrial application.
• Strong proficiency in magnetics & controls.
• Rich experience with high power density designs in embedded application.
• Experiences on EMC & Safety design and qualification, preferably in industrial
application.
• Knowledge in complete electronics product design lifecycle.
• Good experience in cross functional co-ordinate with other engineering teams.
• Experience in Schematics drawing tools.
• Good experience in the Board brings up, design testing & troubleshootin
