Summary: Our client is hiring a senior-level engineer to lead the end-to-end development of server power subsystems. Responsibilities span inception, implementation, and product field support. The Power Team seeks candidates with strong fundamentals in control theory, analog/digital design, magnetics, and optimized PCB layout. Independence and self-starting ability are key. Responsibilities: * Define requirements and develop power subsystem solutions for next-gen enterprise server systems * Own circuit design and implementation of AC/DC and DC/DC power supplies (pluggable and embedded) * Develop and execute verification plans to ensure functionality and quality * Use SPICE and averaged model simulation tools (e.g., SIMPLIS) * Work autonomously and deliver project phases on time and within budget * Participate in continuous professional development and career progression sessions
