The PC&IS Engineer is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of process control and information systems that support operational excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of industrial automation, data analytics, and information systems to optimize manufacturing processes and enhance decision-making capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement advanced process control strategies and information systems

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for process improvements

Monitor real-time data to ensure system integrity and optimal performance

Provide technical support for process control systems and troubleshooting

Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures

Utilize data analytics tools to interpret complex data sets and provide insights for operational decision-making

Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization

Compensation & Benefits

Monthly salary starting from 120000 rubles gross / month

Relocation and housing support (16 000 RUB gross / month) in case of relocation to Novomoskovsk >50 km from the place of permanent residence

Job Qualifications

Higher education, preferably in electrical engineering

Electrical safety certification

At least 3 years of relevant experience in process management, automation, or information systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment

Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week) & relocation to Novomoskovsk, Tula region 

Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or higher (B1+)

Knowledge of programming languages and software development practices is a plus (e.g., Python, SQL)

Experience in creating and configuring architecture from scratch

Proven experience working with industrial controllers

Strong communication skills, leadership, and analytical abilities
