We are looking for a passionate and experienced Power BI Developer with dual expertise in Power BI platform administration and Data model design.

You will play a key role in governing, optimizing, and structuring our Power BI environment, while building robust, high-performance, and scalable data models to meet business needs.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

Administer the Power BI platform (configuration, security, governance, workspace management, licenses, and users).

Implement best practices in architecture, security, and performance.

Design, maintain, and optimize complex semantic models (Tabular Models) to meet business requirements.

Manage connections to various data sources and ensure the reliability and consistency of published data.

Support business teams in adopting and efficiently using shared datasets.

Implement monitoring and reporting on platform usage and performance.

Contribute to the evolution of data governance in collaboration with Power BI COE teams.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: 

Advanced proficiency in Power BI Service and Power BI Desktop and Rest API.

Strong knowledge of Power BI administration (tenant settings, gateways, workspaces, RLS, etc.).

Expertise in data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical) and in designing optimized semantic models.

Solid skills in DAX and M (Power Query).

Strong knowledge of External Tools (Tabular editor, Dax Studio) 

Knowledge of modern data architectures (Data Lake, Snowflake, SQL Server, etc.).

Understanding of performance tuning and optimization for large datasets.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Autonomy, proactivity, and collaborative mindset.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Management, or related field.

Significant professional experience (3+ years) working with Power BI.

Proven track record in BI platform administration and data modeling.
