You will leverage your expertise in Power BI and data visualization to transform complex data into actionable insights, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to deliver high-impact dashboards and reports. Your role will be instrumental in shaping our data culture, ensuring the delivery of scalable, user-friendly, and visually compelling analytics solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that meet business requirements and drive strategic insights. + Collaborate with business users to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and translate them into effective data visualizations. + Optimize Power BI data models for performance and scalability, ensuring efficient data refresh and query execution. + Integrate data from multiple sources, including SQL databases, cloud platforms, and APIs, into cohesive reporting solutions. + Implement row-level security, data governance, and compliance best practices within Power BI environments. + Provide technical support and training to end-users, promoting self-service BI adoption across the organization. + Stay current with Power BI updates, features, and best practices to continuously enhance reporting capabilities. + Work closely with data engineering and IT teams to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability. + Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. **Basic Qualifications:** + 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling is required. + 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or related fields is required. + Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, Azure SQL, PostgreSQL). + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field. + Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with a cloud platforms / services is a plus (e.g., Snowflake, Azure, AWS, etc.). + Experience in financial services is preferred. + Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python for advanced analytics is a plus. **About NTT DATA** NTT DATA is a $30 billion trusted global innovator of business and technology services.
