You will leverage your expertise in Power BI, SQL, and data modeling to create impactful dashboards and reports, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value business intelligence. **Responsibilities:** • Design and implement robust data models using Power BI to support various business intelligence initiatives. • Develop, maintain, and optimize Power BI dashboards and reports that deliver clear, actionable insights for stakeholders in Investment Banking Operations. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (including business users, analysts, and IT) to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective data solutions. • Ensure the optimal performance of Power BI reports and dashboards, and maintain data accuracy and consistency across all solutions. • Administer and manage Power BI services, ensuring seamless integration with existing enterprise systems and data sources. • Utilize MS Power Automate to streamline data workflows, automate routine data-related tasks, and enhance efficiency. • Apply advanced DAX functions to perform complex data analysis, create custom measures, and enhance reporting capabilities. • Ensure strict compliance with data governance, security policies, and regulatory requirements in all Power BI solutions. • Provide technical guidance, support, and best practices to team members on Power BI functionalities and development. • Conduct training sessions and create documentation to empower business users with self-service BI capabilities. • Stay continuously updated with the latest Power BI features, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our BI landscape. • Work collaboratively with IT and business teams to ensure that BI solutions are strategically aligned with overarching organizational goals. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, methodologies, and reporting standards. **Qualifications:** • Several years of experience in a similar role with a dedicated focus on Power BI technologies. • Demonstrable expertise in MS Power BI Administration, Power BI Service, and advanced Data Modeling techniques. • Proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for complex calculations, custom measures, and advanced reporting. • Strong command of SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from various database systems. • Prior experience in Investment Banking Operations is highly desirable and will be considered a significant advantage. • Proven ability to work effectively and independently within a hybrid work model. • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and report development. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse business and technical teams.
