Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Apps Developer in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Charlotte. Summary: In this role, the Power Apps Developer will take ownership of an existing portfolio of over 120 Power Automate workflows and Power Apps built to streamline internal business processes. This is a key role for someone with strong Microsoft 365 experience who can evaluate, improve, and scale current solutions while also building new workflows to support business needs. This is not a maintenance role-it's an opportunity for someone to come in as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), make recommendations, and drive innovation across the team. Responsibilities: * Take over ownership and enhancement of existing Power Automate workflows and Power Apps previously built and maintained by a business team member * Analyze current automation processes (e.g., forecasting workflows tied to SharePoint/MS Forms) to identify areas for optimization and scalability * Design, develop, and deploy new workflows and apps to meet growing internal demand across various teams * Serve as a liaison with key stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and deliver high-impact solutions * Support incoming requests for workflow automation and offer strategic insight into how processes can be improved using Microsoft Power Platform tools * Provide documentation, user training, and ongoing support for implemented solutions * Collaborate with teams using tools such as JIRA and MS Project to manage deliverables and development efforts
