First Shift, Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30 pm + Saturdays for overtime AS NEEDED 6am-1pm

$51K/YR

Duties may include but not limited to:

Help develop, document & utilize part preparation, processing, plugging, masking, hanging, removal & palletizing protocols.Make sure that the titration test, tank and oven cure temperatures, pump pressure, conductivity and line speed are set accordingly.Assist in the generation & evaluation of paint samples, calibration of test equipment, monitoring & documenting coating thickness.Provide and document training in the performance of line duties, to new employees or supplement training for current employees.To assure the the travelers, route sheets, work orders, etc., are properly filled and signed off, accordingly.Verify that the color and textures selected are according to the current revision level and customer requirements.Follow & enforce all safety rules, regulations, policies & procedures.Assist in documenting, scheduling, supervising & performing all required maintenance tasks.Assist in the inventory & supply monitoring process.Keep all personnel on task & schedule, taking into account current operational conditions & staffing needs.To communicate the performance of the QMS with personnel by using the information posted on the quality board.Responsible for the proper identification and placement of leftover/rejected material for proper segregation, if applicable.Report immediate issues to Department Manager or Production Manager, related to production, attendance, conduct & performance, etc.Promote opportunities for improvementOther duties as assigned and not limited to responsibilities.
