Our client, a leading manufacturer in the coatings industry, is seeking a Powder Coat Painter to join their team. As a Powder Coat Painter, you will be part of the production department supporting quality assurance and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safety which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Powder Coat Painter

Location: Holliston, MA

Pay Rate: $20 Hourly

Shift: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

What's the Job?

Operate powder coat guns in either manual or auto booth, adjusting settings for optimal coverage. Maintain cleanliness of auto and manual booths to ensure efficient color changes. Inspect and maintain powder and spray painting equipment daily to ensure proper functionality. Perform system maintenance including washers, ovens, booths, and conveyors. Follow health and safety requirements while wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).

What's Needed?

High school education or equivalent preferred. 1-2 years’ experience in a similar paint environment preferred. Ability to read paint schedules and understand the paint process. Experience using hand, air, and electric powered tools. Strong communication skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean work area.
