**Skill** : Postgres Developer **Experience:** 6 to 13 years **Location:** Noida **Postgres Developer JD:** + 8+ years of experience in Postgres SQL database. + Should have hands on development and support experience in Postgres DB. + Well versed with PL/pgSQL coding, Implement queries, stored procedures, cursors, functions & triggers. + Should be able to translate Oracle PL/SQL constructs to Postgres PL/pgSQL + Good understanding and knowledge of Postgres Database architecture and features. + Experience in Performance Tuning and Optimization. Should be able to tune Postgres PL/pgSQL code. + Monitor PostgreSQL database performance issues and resolve them. + Well versed with Data loading and validations. + Experience in DB migrations from Oracle to Postgres is a plus. + Good understanding of Database designs and data modelling techniques. + Knowledge and exposure to GCP cloud infrastructure and tools. + Ability to communicate with Onshore clients, and dependent teams. + Should have good problem solving and communication skills with a positive can-do attitude. + Should be proactive, requires minimal supervision, ability to work as a team player.
