*LEARNING OBJECTIVES*
This project will provide trainees with hands-on experience in cutting-edge technologies used to study pancreatic cancer, including molecular barcoding, genomic and RNA sequencing, single-cell transcriptomics, ATAC-seq, and high-content imaging. The trainee will learn to integrate multi-omic data and imaging to investigate tumor heterogeneity, clonal dynamics, and epigenetic regulation.
*ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS*
Highly motivated individuals with a recent PhD or MD/PhD in biological fields and previous experience in genomics, multiplexed imaging, molecular barcoding, and in vivo mouse work are preferred.
*ADDITIONAL APPLICATION INFORMATION*
This position reports to Dr. Andrea Viale in Genomic Medicine Department. Stipend support will follow the NIH Kirschstein-NRSA stipend levels level for the appropriate PGY.
