Postdoctoral Fellow - Cancer Systems Imaging (Frigo Lab)

The position is focused on understand the roles of metabolism in advanced prostate cancer. The postdoctoral fellow will work with medical oncologists to coordinate their laboratory work with current clinical questions in an effort to develop new treatments for late-stage disease.
*LEARNING OBJECTIVES*
The postdoctoral fellow will learn how to research various aspects of endocrinology, pharmacology, signal transduction, metabolism, and cancer
biology within the context of developing novel treatments for cancer. In addition, candidates will work with medical oncologists to coordinate their laboratory work with current clinical questions.
*ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS*
The Candidate should have a Ph.D. in biology, biochemistry, bioengineering or equivalent by the time of hire from an accredited institution of higher learning with a solid publication record.
