Ability to use statistical analysis packages (e.g., SPSS , MPlus, or R) for data analysis and interpretation. + Ability to work with or learn Customer Relationship Management ( CRM ) software (e.g., Slate, Salesforce). + Experience working with SMEs, especially in the manufacturing sector.
