Must be capable of demonstrating the ability to perform the essential functions of the job in a post-offer employment test as administered by UTMB Rehab Services, to include the ability to lift up to 63 lbs., floor to knuckle, and frequent bending, standing, and walking. **Job Summary:** Perform a variety of clerical and manual duties associated with the operation of the institutional-wide postal service. **Job Duties:** + Perform various clerical duties such as sorting, distributing, collecting, and metering postal materials in accordance with established procedures and applicable Federal postal regulations. + Operate postage meter machine to stamp outgoing letters; weight and stamp packages; sectionalize outgoing mail according to destination. Maintain daily record of all metered mail by the department; record registered and insured mail.
