Post Merger Integration Director

Main Tasks

1. Develop and execute comprehensive post-merger integration plans, tailored to specific acquisitions, that include all functional areas, such as finance, tax, brand, human resources, IT, and legal

2. Ensure that all integration activities are aligned with the company's overall strategy and objectives

3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of all systems, processes, and technologies

4. Coordinate with business unit for the consolidation of duplicate functions and the rationalization of resources

5. Ensure that all relevant stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers, are effectively engaged and informed throughout the integration process

6. Conduct regular progress reviews and provide regular reports to senior management on the status of the integration

7. Identify and evaluate potential synergies and benefits from the integration of assets and operations

8. Build up a professional network of best-in-class post-merger integration advisers

9. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor

Education

Master's degree and above, major in Law, business administration related fields

Experience

8+ years of experience in M&A integration or strategic management, Proven experience as a post-merger integration manager, with a track record of successfully leading mid-sized integrations, ideally in an industrial / technological environment, medial industry preferred

Other skills

Strong project management skills, including experience leading cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with M&A processes and best practices, as well as experience with post-merger integration

planning and execution – ideally with “hand’s on” experience.

English proficiency is a must, any other language is an asset.
