Post Market Vigilance Lab Support Engineer (Onsite Mansfield)
CAH is currently seeking a Post market Vigilance Lab Support Engineer to join our Post market team located in Mansfield, MA (on-site). In this role, you will engage in all activities related to the CAH post market surveillance processes for returned samples. Your responsibilities will include processing returned samples and machinal testing of returned samples.
Responsibilities
Review and process medical device complaint sample returns while maintaining compliance to all regulations. Follow-up with customers on device returns
Monitor the progress of all ongoing complaint sample returns to ensure timely returns.
Sample processing and decontaminating of complaint samples as required. Distributing samples to manufacturing sites and or external suppliers as needed to allow for thorough investigations.
Preparing samples for mechanical testing, including cutting, mounting, and conditioning specimens according to established procedures
Operating a variety of mechanical testing equipment, such as tensile testers, fatigue testers, and ensuring proper calibration and maintenance are completed.
Conducting mechanical tests according to established protocols and standards, ensuring accuracy and precision in data collection
Analyzing test results, generating reports, and interpreting data to assess material performance and compliance with specifications
Participating in quality control and quality assurance procedures, ensuring that all testing processes meet established standards and regulations.
Collaborating with other team members, including engineers, quality personnel, and others, to support testing activities and resolve issues.
Up to 10% travel
Qualifications
1-2 years of experience including device testing, preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $75,600 - $108,000
