Position: Postdoctoral Associate
Department: NYU School of Global Public Health Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences
Supervisor: Dr. Adolfo Cuevas
Employment Dates: August 1, 2025 - November 30, 2025
The Postdoctoral Associate will support research efforts across two NIH-funded R01 grants. Key responsibilities include:
+ Curation and management of data from multiple population-level cohort datasets
+ Conducting statistical analyses across datasets as needed
+ Assisting with manuscript preparation and submission for peer-reviewed publications
+ Participating in regular meetings with the principal investigator
+ Collaborating with a multidisciplinary research team to advance project goals
This position provides an opportunity to contribute to impactful public health research while developing expertise in advanced data analysis and scientific writing.
Qualifications:
Possess a Ph.D. in Epidemiology, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field, coupled with interest in research exploring biological health and health disparities.

In compliance with NYC’s Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000.
