TRIGO is currently looking for multiple full-time Post-Assembly Repair Technicians to join our Augusta\/Grovetown, Georgia team! This is a part-time job.\n

Overall Purpose\n

The Post-Assembly Repair Technician is responsible for diagnosing and repairing defects or non-conformances in completed agricultural tractor assemblies. This role ensures all diagnostics and repairs are completed on time and in accordance with customer delivery expectations. Work is performed in a factory environment and requires collaboration with multiple departments.\n

Responsibilities\n

(To include but not limited to the following)\n

Customer Relationship & Business Development\n\nBuild strong working relationships with engineers, suppliers, production teams, and customer representatives.\n\n

Operations\n\nMaintain detailed records of labor, parts, and repairs.\nParticipate in discussions and meetings regarding material rework methods.\nEnsure 5S principles are followed within work area.\nCollaborate with the customer quality team to investigate issues and provide data for root cause analysis.\n\n

Organization & Management\n\nCoordinate with relevant parties to collect data and resolve quality concerns.\nReview work orders and consult with clients, peers, and supervisors as needed.\nAdvise customers on work performed, current status of repair, vehicle condition, and future repair needs.\n\n

Technical \n\nDiagnose mechanical and electrical failure modes in engines, axles, and vehicle systems.\nDisassemble, repair, and reassemble agricultural tractors and related equipment.\nPerform post-repair testing and make necessary adjustments to ensure safe and proper function.\nInspect, sort, and rework components using appropriate measuring tools and inspection techniques.\nTest electrical components and wiring using soldering tools and meters.\n\n

Knowledge, skills, abilities\n\n\n\n\n\nExcellent written and verbal communications skills\n\n\nAbility to coordinate, prioritize and multitask\n\n\nDemonstrated flexibility within a fast-paced, challenging environment\n\n\nAbility to take initiative and recognize needs\n\n\nAbility to handle highly sensitive and confidential material\n\n\nStrong experience in engine and axle repair.\n\n\nProficient in diagnosing and repairing non-conforming components.\n\n\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics.\n\n\nKnowledge of industrial equipment assembly processes and inspection techniques.\n\n\nSkilled in using measuring tools and diagnostic equipment.\n\n\nProficient with basic computer software (MS Office, SharePoint; SAP experience preferred).\n\n
