Summary:

This position is responsible to work out new product design drawings according to the information from the application engineer and design rules. 
Manage new project for proto. It is also responsible for making working instructions, BOM and routings for prototype and mass production preparation; Make new tooling/jig/packaging for manufacturing and instruct prototype technician to make part.

Essential Functions: Work out new product design drawings with design rules and support from technicians. Make production process program   30% Set up BOM and routings for prototype and mass production preparation   30% Make new tooling/jig/packaging for manufacturing and instruct prototype technician to make part. making working instructions, tooling and special material purchasing   15% Work with manufacturing and maintenance on process improvement.  Consider environment protection request during technical exploitation for saving energy and resources   10% Manage new project and communicate with project team   10% Other works assigned by the direct supervisor   5% Qualifications: Education: BS engineering degree in mechanical engineering
Years of Experience: Above 3 years‘ experience in mechanical design and manufacturing process
Knowledgeable in drawings, routings and writing working instructions
Skills of Solid Works or AutoCAD or other design softwares
Knowledge of ISO9001
Logic thinking with creative idea
Good communication skills both in Chinese & English, workable spoken English
Good team spirit and high accountability
MS Office Software skill
