Position Title: Market Development Senior Manager

Summary:
This role is responsible for developing the successful execution of the market development strategy to ensure that it is aligned with the company's overall business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of the market, customers, and competitive landscape to drive growth and profitability.
Essential Functions: Strategic leader in the execution of the market development plans consistent with divisions goals and objectives to drive revenue growth. Subject matter expert in assigned market. Analyze market trends, competitor activities as well as customer needs to identify and understand growth opportunities within the competitive landscape. Liaison with cross functional teams including product development, sales, marketing and customer service to ensure successful execution of market strategies. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including customers, industry influence, and partners. Oversee market performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree. 8+ years of industrial product marketing or technical sales experience. Experience with performance metrics, analyzing market trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
