Summary:

This role is responsible for maintaining all manufacturing equipment. This will also include troubleshooting requiring the ability to handle various tasks.

Essential Functions: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing maintenance tasks. Interact with equipment operators in a professional and courteous manner. Follow established schedules to ensure equipment and systems are functioning optimally. Perform tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment and facilities. Assist with minor repairs, including fixing plumbing, electrical, or HVAC issues. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered. Maintain a clean work environment. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.  May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of education 4+ years’ maintenance experience preferably in a manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of single and three phase electrical equipment.  DC, PLC and schematic abilities a plus Hydraulic and Mechanical knowledge is a plus General construction knowledge (i.e. plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Certified forklift operator or ability to become certified Respirator certified or ability to become certified Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues. Basic conceptual understanding of mechanical operations EPA 608 certification a plus Bi-lingual is a plus
