While you are welcome to apply to any or all of the postings, we recommend focusing on the specific country(s) that align with your preferred location(s): Belgium - Requisition Number: **R-023360** United States - Requisition Number: xxx Remember, whether you apply to one or all of these requisition numbers, your applications will be considered as a single submission. **We are searching for the best talent for** **E2E Clinical Supply Planner** **.** Defines the E2E planning configuration of the supply network: + Aligns and influences where applicable inventory de-coupling points + Develops replenishment strategies and reviews alternative sourcing options + Sets SC parameters in alignment with plants and suppliers, e.g., batch sizes, frequencies, safety stock levels, lead times, shelf life Drives the development of the constrained E2E production and inventory plans: + Aggregates various demand types across trials and products in collaboration with Clinical Supply Chain Integrators, Trial Supply Leads and CMC Team members, to provide overall demand for KIT, Drug Product and API at the compound level. + Translates the demand into KIT, DP and API requirements, including critical components and DP intermediates. + Ensures correct generation of net requirements (KIT, DP, API) across the supply chain. Provides information to the Supply Network Planners team and Plant Schedulers to allow master scheduling of packaging and manufacturing campaigns in line with the requirements. + Is accountable for accurate inventory records across the supply network + Manages the inventory allocation and expiration dates of clinical KITs, Drug Products, API and critical components + Develops scenarios to avoid or resolve potential supply constraints + Builds strong internal collaborations and relationships with the Pilot Plants and JSC to drive flexibility and reliability in supply + Is accountable for adherence to the inventory targets by aligning the master production schedule with the overall product demand + Utilizes appropriate software (e.g. OMP and SAP) to effectively balance demand and supply. Plays a key role in the S&OP process: + Participates (owner) in the Demand & Supply Review Meetings to ensure supply plans are committed to in the firm horizon and can be executed upon + Participates (owner) in the Integrated Demand and Supply Review to ensure supply constraints are resolved + Optimizes the supply plan by developing a deep understanding of the drivers of complexity and influences stakeholders to improve service and reduce complexity, cost and/or lead time. Resolves supply related issues: + Proactively communicate urgencies to the plants or other business partners and take appropriate action to resolve issues Is accountable to meet the relevant plan metrics for the compounds in scope, provides input into the On-time delivery metric. Challenges the status quo and contributes to initiatives to improve business processes and tools. The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $89,000 USD to $143,750 USD Additional Description for Pay Transparency: The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
