POS Installations Representative

Responsibilities

Review hardware installation requirements with our merchants. Setup and testing knowledge on assigned POS hardware and software, including peripherals. Familiarizing merchants, sales reps, and field technicians with our software package capabilities. Always ensuring the customer is provided the best experience possible. Email and phone correspondence with our customers, technicians, and sales force Acquiring a strong knowledge of POS software.

Qualifications

Excellent listening, oral, and written communication skills. Friendly and enthusiastic personality. Strong attention to detail. Understanding of basic network infrastructure & terminology. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Resourceful and motivated to learn. Reasoning and problem solving skills. Ability to explain technical knowledge in an easy to understand manner. Not Required: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Knowledge of customer service core principles and practices. Familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite. 2+ years of computer technology experience preferred, Working or Educational. Experience working with POS equipment, registers, and touch screen devices is beneficial.
