Our Sales Executives are knowledgeable in workplace, corporate real estate, facility management and associated technologies and collaborate with our subject matter experts to create winning solutions and great outcomes for our clients & prospects. As a Portfolio Technology Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets that meaningfully contribute to our revenue and margin goals. **What You’ll Do:** + Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets within your designated industry sectors (sectors to be assigned at a later date). + Identify and pursue new business opportunities through multiple channels including: + CBRE Sector Leadership + D&T Sector Leads + Brokers + FM and PJM Solutions Leaders + Americas Consulting, including Dedicated Sector Leads + Software partner(s) sales teams + Direct to market (industry events, networking, outreach) + Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients and lead the sale from prospecting through qualification, proposal creation, MSA and SOW negotiations through to Closed Won and hand-off to our Account Management and delivery teammates. + Conduct effective discovery calls and sales presentations alongside practice leaders that build rapport and instill confidence to prospective clients in Portfolio Technology’s ability to meet their needs. + Manages strategic opportunities and RFP’s, and lead at times, corresponding with cross functional proposal teams + Writes proposal sections (as needed); reviews draft proposals + Collaborate with the CBRE marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns. + Provide regular sales reports and updates to management. + Keeps CRM data up to date on a weekly basis and ensures all opportunities, activities and deal data are accurate. + Stay up to date with CRE, IWMS and PropTech industry trends and competitor activities + Build and maintain relationships with CBRE Portfolio Technology’s software partners to understand their product differentiators and GTM strategy and uncover new opportunities. + Collaborate with Practice Leads and CBRE Legal to oversee contract execution (MSA, SOW, etc.) + Work with other CBRE account and delivery teams to ensure continuity for clients **What You’ll Need:** + 5+ years of experience selling/delivering commercial enterprise software deployments preferably IWMS or other CRE/FM technologies + 3+ years in a supervisor/management role + 2+ years of experience in selling technical selling environment + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Excellent presentation skills + Prior experience presenting product demonstrations to customers as part of business development activities + To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The minimum salary for the Portfolio Tech Sales Exec. position is $185,000 annually [or $88.94 per hour] and the maximum salary for the Portfolio Tech Sales Exec. position is $225,000 annually [or $108.17 per hour]. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
