Job Summary:
Portfolio Administration Services is seeking a candidate that is willing to grow and cultivate skills in the Fintech industry. A successful candidate will play a crucial role in the day-to-day monitoring and administration of client accounts utilizing Envestnet’s trading and account management platform. This individual should be committed to providing a “best in class” experience to our investment advisors.
Job Responsibilities:
Identify client accounts for potential trading based on established guidelines.
Review and process trade instructions, manage service requests, and provide trading support.
Performs daily duties, including problem resolution using standard procedures and precedents.
Participates in root cause analyses to correct and/or prevent deviations in processes and workflows.
Assists associate staff members with process methods.
Participates in special projects as assigned by leadership.
Coordinates with Lead Specialist and Supervisor for back-up coverage.
Adherence to and application of Envestnet legal, compliance, risk, business continuity and administrative policy within the role and department(s) including the timely completion of training & awareness, affirmations and testing as requested.
As part of the responsibilities for this role, you will understand and readily support Envestnet's established corporate business practices, policies, internal controls and procedures designed to create value or minimize risk.
Required Qualifications:
Must possess strong attention to detail and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of investment management operations and practices including trading and portfolio accounting systems preferred.
Work as a member of a team with collaborative decision making.
Demonstrate ability to troubleshoot daily processing obstacles.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
