Position Mission

Are you passionate about integrated solutions, portfolio strategy and eager to be part of a global company that leads in technology and innovation? ABB is looking for a Portfolio Product Manager – Solutions to join the Distribution Solutions (ELDS) team within the Electrification business. This role is responsible for managing the Solutions business line, which integrates Medium Voltage equipment into full-service solutions tailored to industrial customers. If you have experience with electrical systems integration, automation, and a strategic mindset focused on growth and profitability, we want to meet you!

Your Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of the Solutions portfolio, from development to launch and ongoing support.

Support the Sales team with market analysis, pricing, resource planning, and technical support.

Monitor profitability, stock levels, and sales performance to ensure competitive positioning.

Collaborate with Marketing and R&D to develop communication strategies, market research, and product innovation.

Lead product integration projects with a focus on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.

Define portfolio mix, volumes, and pricing in alignment with global HQ, considering logistics, taxation, and local market needs.

Your Background

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience with electrical systems projects and solution integration.

Hands-on experience with e-houses, electrocenters, and systems with automation.

Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written).

Nice to Have

Spanish language skills.

Experience in B2B technical sales.

Knowledge of electrical automation.

Background in P&L management.
