Your ‘day to day’:

·       Brand & Portfolio Strategy Localization: Collect and analyze market trends and consumer preferences. Adapt global strategies to local needs, ensuring relevant product messages.

·       Portfolio Roadmap Support: Track global innovations and gather input for roadmap planning. Participate in feasibility checks with senior team members.

·       Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate communications with internal partners and support meeting preparations. Collaborate with Supply Chain, Legal, Finance and Commercial teams, as well as global & regional Category & Product Development teams.

·       Pricing Strategy Support: Assist in compiling pricing inputs for new initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic directions.

·       Project Support: Coordinate and monitor project timelines and deliverables. Prepare materials and approvals for product deployment.

·       Budget & Reporting: Track budget utilization and prepare reports to support decision-making. Monitor expenditure and ensure budget accuracy.

·       Best Practices Sharing: Collect and share successful practices across clusters and regions to improve standard processes.

Who we’re looking for:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, or a related field

·       Minimum 1 year in brand & portfolio marketing, preferably in consumer goods & FMCG sector.

·       Fluent in English

·       Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PPT)

·       Strong analytical skills for interpreting market data and trends.

·       Excellent communication skills

·       Ability to convey concepts & ideas clearly.
