We are seeking a dynamic and technically inclined F&B Portfolio and Marketing Manager to join our regional team based in Selangor, Malaysia.
What You’ll Do:
This individual contributor role will be responsible for driving the product portfolio strategy and new product commercialization across the diverse Food & Beverage (F&B) business in Southeast Asia and Australia & New Zealand. You will work independently while collaborating closely with various departments domestically and regionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio profitability analysis and trends
Identification of bleeders and corrective actions
Innovation launches
Run and execute new product introduction and commercialization process in the respective country product portfolio in SEA & ANZ
Label artwork design, Periodic reviews and updates for PIS and MSDS
Marketing Communication
Coordinate regularly with various business stakeholders and cross functional team members
Manage Digital Marketing campaign
Coordinate learning and development activities
Market intelligence including Competition analysis
Organize and initiate events such as company visit, client exhibitions, trade fair participation
Manage the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters, company presentation, etc.

What You’ll Bring to Us:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering, Food Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
5-8 years of experience in multi-product, B2B environments, specifically within food ingredients, OEMs, pharma, cosmetics, or engineering firms supplying to the food industry.
Proven experience in product management, portfolio management, and new product commercialization.
Able to work independently and manage a broad regional portfolio.
Strong collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong presentation, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent professional English communication skills, both written and verbal
