At **Siemens Smart Infrastructure** , we are shaping smart, sustainable infrastructure through digital innovation.
For our region France, Belux, and Maghreb, we are looking for a **Portfolio Marketing Manager** to lead the marketing strategy for our digital software, cloud and IoT portfolio.
You will drive go-to-market execution, support regional launches, and build strong ecosystem partnerships to scale innovative solutions across domains like fire safety, security, and automation.
**Tasks:**
+ **Position** the portfolio as a key enabler of smarter, more connected, and efficient operations.
+ **Lead** marketing campaigns and ensure market readiness in close collaboration with sales and operations.
+ **Translate** customer needs into value-driven digital services.
+ **Build** and activate ecosystems with strategic partners (cloud, ISVs, integrators) and identify joint go-to-market opportunities.
+ **Develop** strong storytelling around platform capabilities and ecosystem success stories.
+ **Support** sales teams with tools, content, and training
+ **Collaborate** with regional HQ to localize global offerings and provide input for future service development.
+ **Apply** Lean Portfolio Management principles to accelerate launches and support data-driven planning and prioritization.
+ **Travel ** regularly across the region to support local teams and ensure strong execution.
**Your skills:**
+ Proven **experience** in software marketing, platform strategy, or ecosystem development
+ Solid **understanding** of digital technologies and cloud-native architectures
+ **Familiarity** with Lean Portfolio Management or agile marketing practices
+ **Experience** managing software partnerships with cloud providers, ISVs, or tech alliances
+ **Ability** to collaborate across functions and prioritize value delivery
+ Strategic marketing **mindset** with hands-on campaign and partner engagement experience
+ Strong **communication** and stakeholder management skills in multicultural settings
+ Ability to **translate** technical features into compelling customer value
+ **Fluent** in French and English; Dutch or Arabic is a plus
+ **Willingness** to travel and operate across diverse markets
