We are looking for a Portfolio Manager Solutions – Metering (m/f/d) to join us and help strengthen and expand our global solution offering in the area of metering applications. This role sits within Endress+Hauser Group Services, located in Reinach, Switzerland — the strategic hub supporting the Group’s global initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

In this role, you’ll serve as a central subject matter expert, connecting the Group’s Solutions Business Centre with Production Centres and regional stakeholders. It’s a position that offers both strategic and hands-on responsibilities within a corporate setting.
Which tasks will you perform?
You will:
Act as a trusted subject matter expert in the field of Metering, guiding teams and stakeholders across the organization Lead the development, preparation, and global rollout of assigned Solutions Sales Keys and relevant applications Define and communicate the value proposition, scope, and supply chain strategy for metering solutions, ensuring alignment in sales and customer-facing content Collaborate closely with Business Managers, Solutions Architects, and Regional Heads of Sales to grow and evolve the global solution portfolio Develop marketing and training materials, including web content, brochures, and internal education tools for both technical and commercial audiences Ensure strong communication and integration between the Solutions Business Centre and our global Production Centres
What do we expect from you?
You:
Hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, process automation, or a related technical or commercial field (a master's degree is a plus) Bring at least 8 years of experience in technical sales, product or portfolio management, or solution development Have solid expertise in process automation, specifically in the field of metering Understand global industrial markets and have experience with solution-based selling Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional, international teams Are fluent in English; German is also beneficial Are comfortable with 20-25% international travel Have experience in the oil & gas industry (preferred but not required)
