Purpose of the Role

Commercial Innovation Center under CoE is a commercial innovation accelerator in Vaccines BU at our company. We are currently seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our organization in a journey to explore, test and scale innovative ideas in vaccines business. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of selected innovation initiatives. You will translate strategic ideas into action, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and with impact. You will be part of a high-visibility unit and will be central to testing and scaling new commercial models in the German vaccine market.

Key Responsibilities

Together with local teams generate and source “out of the box” commercial driven innovative ideas to extend access to vaccines and drive coverage ratesRapidly test innovative ideas using a design & experimentation methodology provided by the CoEDrive project planning and end-to-end project management including stakeholder alignment, and execution across multiple functions (Marketing, Market Access, Medical, Legal, etc.)Define and track KPIs, synthesize learnings, and derive recommendations for scale or stopManage budget, capabilities and required resources to ensure project successEmbrace a culture centered around experimentation, agility and our Ways of WorkingIdentify pain points and gaps within the BU and creatively design new solutions in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams

Profile

Several years of experience in project management, preferably in pharma, medtech, or consultingMinimum of 1 years of experience at working in cross-functional environmentsProven ability to manage projects and influence without formal authorityStrong analytical, organizational skills and communication skillsConfident in developing business cases and project presentationsExperience in cross-functional stakeholder coordinationCurious, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindsetA fast learner with a curious mind, finding strength in experimentation, continuous improvement, and growth mindsetStrategic thinker with strong business acumen, able to navigate through ambiguity, while maintaining rigor in execution to deliver tangible progressInterested in the innovation ecosystem and healthcare trends relevant to patients’ needsProficient in English and German
