Job Description

Lead and guide the team of Property Executives, Property Officers and Technical Officers in the management and maintenance of the Site. Monitors and ensures each staff discharges their duties diligently.Oversee the management of the portfolio properties, including operations, procurement, sustainability, technical support, staff development, innovation, safety and compliance as well as budgeting and financial reportingEnsure full compliance of Contract Specifications service level and KPIsBuild and maintain strong relationships with client reps, tenants, and other stakeholdersDevelop and implement strategic plans for the managed portfolio in line with company objectivesMonitor and analyze property performance, identify areas for improvement, and work with on-site team to optimize operationsConduct periodic property inspections to assess physical condition, identify maintenance needs, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standardsOversee capital expenditure projects, evaluate property improvement initiatives, and manage budgetsStay updated on market trends, industry changes, and local regulations impacting the properties managedAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to property management teamsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, safety and ethical standardsParticipate, support and implement to the team in the rolling out of HQ / client initiatives to the sites which may include staff development, new processes, improvement initiatives, innovation/technology, tenants engagement, sustainability, procurement, bid participation, safety, transition, etc

Key Skills Requirement

Strong knowledge of real estate principles and property / facilities management best practicesSolid understanding of client requirement and tenant relationship managementProficient in financial analysis and budgetingExperience with property management software and other relevant toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesProven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of propertiesProactiveness and Initiative to lead HQ management initiatives to optimise site processes, introduce smart FM concepts, staff engagement, enhance quality control, etcStrong sense of teamwork and willingness to support the overall IREM and PAM team where required
