Hybrid Working This role is based in our East Finchley office working 3 days in the office and 2 days remotely Job Description: What You’ll Be Doing We’re hiring two Portfolio Management Officers to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) - one with a broad, cross-functional remit, and another with a dedicated focus on supporting our Marketing team. In both roles, you’ll play a key part in shaping and evolving our portfolio function, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and delivered to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include: + Managing the intake and prioritisation of transformation initiatives. + Quality assuring project documentation and governance processes. + Supporting cost/benefit analysis and business case development. + Maintaining the integrated Transformation Plan and reporting portfolio insights. + Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption. + Supporting annual business planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of our transformation approach. You’ll bring: + Experience in portfolio, project or programme management, ideally within a cross-functional environment. + Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a continuous improvement mindset. + Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders. + Familiarity with governance processes and business case development. + A collaborative approach and a desire to grow within a dynamic team. + For the Marketing-focused role, experience in marketing or the food & beverage industry is a strong advantage.
