On this journey we´re all collaborating to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as a Portfolio Leasing Manager you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the team, you will manage our physical store portfolio, negotiations and set a foundation for collaboration and alignment across expansion functions on strategy and projects. 

 Key responsibilities include areas such as:

Setting the OMNI strategy for your market portfolioNegotiate with key property owners and agentsOptimizing our portfolio through opening, renegotiating, rebuilding, moving and closing stores Finding top locations and deals for new portfolio brands and stores in accordance with roadmap

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You´ll work closely with the Expansion Team, Controlling and legal departments. Active participating in cross-functional initiatives within H&M group.

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with...

At least 3 years working experience within leasing, real estate or a similar role and with experience in the retail real estate market (its potential OMNI, market places and physical brick& mortar, relevant competition, high street and shopping center locations.)Leasing management knowledge, understanding of lease contracts and real estate lawProven track record of leasing transactions, negotiations and business case simulationStrong in planning and executing together with a “can-do attitude” and self-motivating way of working in which constant improvement is part of your way of workingFlexibility to travel within the market on a frequent basis.Fluent in Spanish & English.
