Your New Role:
The Portfolio and Solution Assurance (PSA) team is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our dynamic team. The PSA team focuses on providing dependable, secure, and cost-effective technology solutions, including high-quality portfolio management. As an Analyst, you will play a crucial role in reporting, data analysis, program and project tracking, and coordination with diverse teams across the organization.
Your Role Accountabilities:
Data Analysis and Reporting: Conduct comprehensive data analysis and generate insightful reports to support decision-making processes. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
Program and Project Tracking: Track and monitor program and project progress, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Identify and manage project risks, providing timely updates and escalations as needed.
Team Coordination: Coordinate with various teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution. Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members to achieve project milestones..
Standardized Reporting Processes: Assist in the development and implementation of standardized reporting processes across all programs and projects. Continuously improve reporting methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experiences:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and project management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance and risk management practices is a plus.
High proficiency with the following tools:
Excel (pivots, macros, formulas, etc.)
Word
PowerPoint
Visio
Project
SharePoint/Teams Sites (or similar cloud productivity tools)
College coursework or work experience in two or more of the following areas:
Accounting/Finance
Business Administration/Operations
Business Information Systems
Computer Science/Software Engineering
Understanding of software design, architecture, and development including:
Software Development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc)
Cloud software development (AWS, Azure, etc)
Systems and Data Architecture
Systems Integration
Being responsible for eliciting requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and prioritizing them regularly with the business to deliver a program of impactful enhancements.
Developing and executing programs of test cases, test plans and test scenarios that ensure quality product delivery and leading business users and Application Support teams through SIT and UAT phases.
Working closely with support teams to organize their activities, keeping them accountable to deadlines and ensuring support teams are fully utilized.
Mentoring less experienced solutions analysts in the team on best analytic practices, testing and documentation preparation.
An understanding of or interest in the entertainment industry.

Not Required but preferred experience:
3+ years experience working in a Media & Entertainment company.
Previous work experience with:
Business process analysis and functional design
Business process reengineering
Technology assessment and application
Process, System, and Functional documentation
Financial budget management
Project Proposal development, including developing business cases, assessing cost/benefits, and calculating ROI
Financial/Managerial Accounting and reporting processes
Project Management practices and tools
Information and Security practices and standards
Testing methodologies and automation
Technical experience/skills in:
Python
SQL
Microsoft Power BI
